Group Operations Manager
Alex heads our Group Operations and has managerial responsibly for multiple departments. As a forward thinking, proactive member of the senior management team, Alex is the go-to person to answer any questions relating to Direct Digital. Since joining the company in 2014 Alex has really made his mark by streamlining the internal processes’ and cutting the day to day running costs of the company.
Previously working in a variety of roles ranging from sales to operations, Alex isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and give a helping hand. With over 10 years’ experience in the digital signage market Alex is used to dealing with sole traders and blue chip international clients. One of his proudest professional accomplishments was closing a deal with the London Stock Exchange for more than £500,000.
Alex is committed to delivering an enhanced customer experience, making sure his team produce commercials that are professional yet innovative and creating national brand awareness through strategic marketing plans. Alex ensures his departments have fun by organising team building events both in and out of work, helping to increase productivity and boosting company moral. In autumn 2017 Alex undertook the huge task of rebranding the company, starting with our mission, vision and values then reviewing and analysing the market and our competition, ensuring it was a collaborative process to then project managing the rebrand from brainstorm stage to completion to then telling the whole world about our exciting new brand.
Alex is a dedicated dad of two who loves nothing more than spending his personal time enjoying days out and making memories with his two little soldiers. He loves to travel and explore new destinations with trips to Scandinavia and Asia planned in the next twelve months. Alex’s dedication to his role and passion for the company means he is well placed to help further the rise of Direct Digital as a truly global company.
