A passionate member of the senior management team, Janine Bleasdale has been committed to our company’s success since 2005. As our Group Service Manager, Janine ensures that our customer care services are second to none in the industry.
Fronting the international Customer Service teams she guarantees to deliver customers satisfaction with her positive and constructive attitude. Janine also leads the essential training with Service Managers throughout the company, helping us to operate at maximum productivity increasing profitability overall.
A valued part of the company Janine has worked well in many roles over her 10 years with us, from Telesales to Media, Collections to Customer Service. She has masses of knowledge on the company and its culture making her very well suited to her current position. Always seeking to grow professionally Janine has successfully completed several impressive courses, including a Legal Degree adding more abilities to her already impressive skill set.
Away from her responsibilities at work, Janine is a professional Dancer and likes to satiate her retail addiction… she has a particularly expensive shoe habit! Also taking as much time as she can to spend with family and friends, Janine is keen to continue her professional development and is excited to embrace new challenges as the company continues to grow.
